📌Friday 16 April
⚡️6-8 pm Led Primary Class:
Surrender to the traditional Ashtanga Y oga method with careful emphasis on the traditional vinyasa method and have fun along the
journey. Experience the integrity and purity of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and be prepared to sweat.
📌Saturday 17 April
⚡️8:00-10:00 am Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga
This is the most traditional form of Ashtanga Y oga practice. The designation is due to the fact that it was in the city of Mysore,
India, that Sri K. Pattabhi Jois lived and where he continually transmitted the teachings he obtained from his Guru T. Krishnamacharya. This type of class integrates all levels of practitioners in one class. From the beginner to the most advanced practitioner, everyone will be able to do their practice, and they
will be followed up according to their needs. The teacher accompanies each student individually, indicating sequences of postures to perform (series). During this process, the teacher provides the student with detailed and personalized instruction,
posture and posture. Proper breathing, bandhas activation, alignment, focal point (dristi), as well as all other elements necessary for practice (eg: yamas and nyamas) are explained to the student.
⚡️11:30am-13.30pm workshop Intro to the
Intermediate Series
Intro to the Ashtanga Second Series: This workshop is an introduction to the beginning of the Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga, with the intent to make it accessable, enjoyable and fun.
Multiple options, approaches and modifications for each posture will be taught in order to accommodate all levels of students. By exploring the sequence in this way we will also uncover the intelligent structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa Y oga and gain a deeper
understanding into the internal methodology of both Primary and Second Series.

Strengthen and stabilise the core of the body to turn upside down to try different headstand variations. Together we will learn,
explore and deepen our knowledge and integration of bandhas or internal locks and core strength following by techniques to change your world upside down. Y ou will have practical tools to turn upside down with stability, tranquillity and grace.
