Bali is one of the most loved places in the world! Join me for a transformational week, in Ubud - Heart Center of Bali to practice daily Ashtanga Yoga, afternoon themed workshops, nourishing yourself with delicious homemade food and surrounded by amazing nature. Our retreat Center is among the rice fields.

Practitioners of all levels are invited! This week long retreat have the focus of deepening your personal practice and understanding the intimate relationship of the Yoga on and off the mat.
Morning classes will be in the Mysore style setting which is the traditional method to learn Ashtanga and welcomes all levels! Each student practice at their own pace while Bianca will be there to give personalised support, hands on assists and instructions.
