O wydarzeniu

Ashtanga Yoga Retreats invites you to explore the diverse cultures, landscapes and experiences in the “Land of Smiles.”

Chiangmai, the tranquil beauty of Northern Thailand. Also known as "Rose of the North" is a cultural and natural wonderland with ethnic diversity, a multitude of attractions and welcoming hospitality.

The old city of Chiang Mai is a showcase of the north's fascinating indigenous cultural identity that includes diverse dialects, a delectable cuisine, distinctive architecture, traditional values, lively festivals, numerous handicrafts workshops, northern style massage, and classical dances. Chiang Mai is also blessed with pristine natural resources including mountains, waterfalls, and rivers. The presence of numerous hill tribes that feature a wealth of unique cultures enhances Chiang Mai's distinctive diversity. Hill tribe trekking, often combined with river rafting and elephant riding has always been one of Chiang Mai's greatest tourist attractions.

Dates: December 28th to January 04th

           (7 nights and 8 days)

New Year’s Celebration in Chiangmai✨

It’s a magical time to be there as we can witness and release our lanterns into the sky. With all the lanterns floating above and fireworks going off, it’s a pretty magical scene. Releasing the lanterns is believed to release negative energy and give you good luck in the New Year.

Now about our Yoga Program!

Bianca Oliveira, passionate teacher and practitioner will be leading a full week of Mysore classes and selected afternoon workshops on asana technique, breathwork and Yoga philosophy. She hold the Authorization Level II from Guruji Sharath Jois and for her it’s a joy to share the method with practitioners in beautiful places around the world.

Our retreat center offers an onsite vegetarian and vegan restaurant, Ayurvedic spa and wellness services and infinity pool. Located on the slopes of the tree-covered hills on the outskirts of Mae Rim - a small town packed with tourist attractions just north of Chiang Mai, and 22 kilometers from Chiang Mai airport.

Our center is set among peaceful gardens and at 360 meters above sea level, overlooks the forest and mountains of this beautiful and tranquil area. The retreat is built according to the ancient principles of Vastu Shastra, designed to harness positivity and to promote natural vitality. The architectural wisdom of Vastu Vidya ensures that our building and environment generates nourishing and healing energy.
