Join Bianca Oliveira, Authorized Level II to an Ashtanga Intensive week in the beautiful Spanish island - Fuerteventura.

Dates: February 03rd-08th

We will have 5 Mysore style practices and 1 Led class with plus two workshops in the afternoons on strength, flexibility and breathing techniques with Bianca to unlock your practice and an extra workshop on Indian philosophy with Valentina @yogavolt_shala owner and holder of an Indian Philosophy Master’s degree.

The shala is located in the north area of Fuerteventura, close by an old vulcano, in the Atlantic Ocean where the elements alchemy represents a unique synergy of water, wind, fire and earth. In this place the ancient practice of yoga can be experienced like in the past, away from chaos, in connection with nature and the true Self.
