About the workshops:

Intro to the Ashtanga Second Series:

This workshop is an introduction to the beginning of the Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga, with the intent to make it accessable, enjoyable and fun.

Multiple options, approaches and modifications for each posture will be taught in order to accommodate all levels of students. By exploring the sequence in this way we will also uncover the intelligent structure of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and gain a deeper understanding into the internal methodology of both Primary and Second Series.

Stronger Together:

The practice of Yoga is a solitary journey. It’s a practice of self discovery and self exploration. Sometimes we can become a bit introverted or too serious. This class is designed to work together, help and encourage each other to get stronger and more open to new experiences.

We will work on inversions (headstand, handstands) and backbends together!
