Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding form of Yoga that focuses on synchronising the breath with movement. It is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, endurance while also improving mental clarity and reducing stress levels. The practice can be challenging, but the benefits of Ashtanga Yoga are numerous. 

Classes

Classes are held at Palac Mlodzieży,

second floor, room 214.
Mondays:19:15 -20:45
Tuesdays:18:15-19:45
Wednesdays: 19:15-20:45
Thursdays: 18:15-19:45
Fridays: 18:00-19:30
Saturdays: 09:00-10:30

Mysore style

 The foundation of our practice is the Mysore style method. In Mysore classes, students receive individualised instruction to learn the sequence of postures step by step which is perfect for completely beginners.

Ashtanga Yoga is beyond a physical practice. It's a way of living. Please note that you should learn only from a traditionally experienced trained teacher to ensure a safe and healthy journey for the body and mind into the science of the Ashtanga Method to yoga.

Discipline

One of the unique aspects of Ashtanga Yoga is its emphasis on daily practice. Practitioners are encouraged to commit to a regular practice, ideally six days a week, to experience its full benefits.
